Carmilla Queen is a boss that appears in Dark Castle. It is the (boss's number) boss fought in the game.
Background[]
In Seiken Densetsu 3, she was one of the enemies in the fight with Jagan the Vampire , one of the Dark Prince's highest ranking minions. It could also be interpreted that she takes the place of Jagan as his replacement as one of the bosses of Dark Castle. She posseses more power than most Carmillas, able to fling several heart-shaped projectiles at Mario at once. The only difference in appearence between her and the other Carmillas is the usual blue leotard that most Carmillas wear is replaced with a red one.
In Battle[]
Most of her attacks are heart related, all in different forms and patterns:
- A circle of spinning hearts that goes out then in
- Four Hearts that bounce left and right
- She descends, and fires two hearts that spin around
- She descends, and does a slide attack towards Mario
- When she gets hits twice, she creates a heart that spins around herself
- When she gets hit four times, she creates another heart
- When she gets hit six times, she puts a spell on Mario, which causes him to slow down
Tactics[]
When Carmilla Queen descends, it gives the player the opportunity to jump on her. Hitting her several times will strike her down in defeat.
